Asimismo el acceso y salida de la ciudad desde el apartamento es magnífico, así como la conexión con las principales vías rápidas para visitar el resto de la provincia. Justo enfrente del apartamento está la parada de bus de la Linea L1 (cada 10 minutos). En la zona hay supermercado y todo tipo de comercios y servicios. Parking privado incluido.
