Our apartment is located in the Budapest historical dowtown, just inside of our boulevard on the north side.The building was built in 1889 and it is in nice condition now. The apartment has the highest quality in every details. Equipment: High speed Wifi, Samsung Smart SUHD"65"tv (Netflix,Youtube), Cable HD channels,Washing machine,Drying machine, Iron, Drying rack.High-end Air-conditioning system Kitchen: Microwave, Stove, Induction hot plate, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Nespresso coffee machine with free capsules, Water heater, Toaster, Cooking utensils, Cutlery, Plates, Glasses. Bathrooms: Hair Dryers, Towels, Liquid soap. Bedrooms: Cable TV, Samsung Smart"40"TV(Netflix,Youtube),High quality bed linen, Springbox comfort beds. We are open to fulfill special requests. When you arrive to the address I will be waiting for you at the main entrance of the building and helping you with your luggage. I will then explain the most important things about the apartment, the surroundings and the the city. I can also help you with transport from and to the airport or train station. I am on a 24hour duty when I have guests. During your stay you can contact me on phone, viber,whatsapp, messenger,anytime. Belvárosi saját parkolós apartman, közvetlen kapcsolattal a sétáló utcára, 100 m-re a vártól, 200 m-re a strandtól, éttermek, szórakozó helyek, kávézók, bárok között. Ideális családoknak 1 vagy 2 gyermekkel, pároknak. A szállás 4 felnőtt részére nem igazán alkalmas, mivel az egyik ágy csak egy kihúzható kanapé. Az apartman csak teakonyhával rendelkezik, ami főzésre nem alkalmas.

The apartment lies under the Mátra mountain, it has a big garden and a separated entrance. The house and the neighborhood has a friendly atmosphere as nature surrounds the whole village. With the apartment we provide bicycles so you can explore the beautiful Mátra. The guests can always reach out to me if they need a tip for local food or what to see nearby.

Verőce is a perfect place for relaxing, hiking, biking, canoeing. Here you will find our guest house, the ODU House, with a wonderful view across the Danube Bend. The house is located on a quiet, hidden place, 15 minutes' walk from the center of the village and from the Danube. The house has a unique style with beautiful interior design. The inviting garden is suitable for playing, relaxing and cooking.
