Meltemi seaside is located in Agia Irini region in the SW side of Paros island. It is a new, luxury and fully equipped house that is part of an apartment complex, which can host 4-6 persons. There is a private parking area, mini pool-spa (2*2.5m), fully equipped kitchen and many other facilities which are described to a following list. The view from the house is really amazing and completes most specifications for unique moments of relaxation. Agia Irini beach is only 5min walk from the house.

Ermioni's Apartment - Paroikia, Paros

The apartment is located right at the center of Paroikia, inside of the old market street, giving you access to almost anywhere. The port is just 4 to 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment, so are the parking lots, the bus station, numerous stores, coffee shops, bars, bakeries and supermarkets for your groceries shopping. Last but not least, you can even visit three different beaches just by walking a few minutes.

The “Agia Anna Apartment One” is locate in Parikia, the capital of Paros island. It is complete renovated in March of 2019. It is 40 square meters and it consists of 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom, a studio (kitchen, living room, dining room with double sofa-bed), a small office and separate veranda. It is just 100 meters from a sandy beach for swimming and seaside street with restaurants and the coffees.

It was built by the Venetians in the 15th century as a part of a complex of 24 houses joined into a square defensive form that surrounded and protected the main tower that used to be there. This complex of houses is called 'Kastro' meaning castle. The house retains all charm from the past and offers the ideal holiday house.
