The wooded 3.4-acre property at the end of a cul-de-sac borders Wyoming BLM land to the east. National Forest Access via North and South Leigh Canyon is just a couple miles from the house. Hike/bike/snowmobile directly from the house.

The views are spectacular! You can enjoy the scenery from the outdoor hot tub and patio. It sits just outside of the town of Cody, but is still close enough you can be downtown in 10 minutes. The River and Buffalo Bill reservoir are minutes from the front door.

Mountain Adventure and Yellowstone Getaway

December 1-April 30 is snowmobile access only! Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space, or use it as a jumping point for all of your adventures. In winter: The Beartooth Highway is not plowed during this time, so Cooke City is “the end of the road” in the winter. We do have a tracked SUV that we can use to transport people and gear in from either the Cooke City or Pilot Creek side. Please make arrangements before arrival.
