Magnífico apartamento enteramente reformado. Gaudir significa "disfrutar" en catalán y durante tu estancia en este apartamento realmente disfrutarás de Barcelona. Desde su terraza, las vistas panorámicas sobre la ciudad alcanzán desde la costa y Montjuïc hasta la montaña del Tibidado! Ubicado en una zona céntrica y segura, bien comunicado por el transporte público y a solo 10 minutos andando de las exclusivas tiendas de Paseo de Gracia, el apartamento Gaudir te permitirá disfrutar de una estancia inolvidable en Barcelona. El apartamento: Moderno, elegante y muy luminoso, el apartamento Gaudir está ubicado en una finca residencial especialmente indicada para familias y grupos de adultos de más de 30 años. Entrando en el apartamento tendrás una visión completamente despejada del salón comedor y la cocina, caracterizados por una cuidada decoración que transmite en seguida una agradable sensación de hogar. El salón comedor está equipado con un confortable sofá, una TV de pantalla plana y una mesa de comedor para 8 comensales. La cocina dispone de todo lo necesario para que disfrutes de una estancia relajante y sin imprevistos. El balcón- terraza tiene unas excelentes vistas a los tejados de Barcelona. La zona de noche se compone de tres dormitorios: dos de ellos disponen de dos camas individuales juntas (pueden separarse bajo petición previa), armarios y baño en-suite con ducha. Uno de los dormitorios tiene acceso a la terraza con vistas. El tercer dormitorio dispone de dos confortables camas individuales y espacio para guardar las pertenencias. Los huéspedes que se alojen en el tercer dormitorio también tendrán su propio baño con ducha ubicado en el pasillo. Otros servicios: parking privado (bajo petición previa) ... 20€ dia ¡Ven… a disfrutar! Tendrá acceso a todo el apartamento . El apartamento tiene un precio base para 4 personas. Desde el apartamento puede ir andando a los principales sitios, aunque hay múltiples conexiones con metro, bus y taxi a escasos metros del apartamento .... incluso para ir a la Feria de Congresos Si usted camina 10 / 15 minutos llegará a : Sagrada Familia, Ramblas, Born, Paseo de Gracia, La Pedrera, Arco del Triumfo, Plaza Cataluña, Palacio de la Música, Catedral, varias zonas shoping ..... El apartamento dispone de plaza de párquing para un coche grande con un coste de 20€ dia. En la zona encontraremos otros parkings públicos. Este apartamento está ubicado en una finca de viviendas privadas. La finca tiene servicio de consergería de 8h a 13h y de 17h a 19h de lunes a viernes y sábados de 8h a 13h. Se deben cumplir las normas básicas de respeto, convivencia y ruido para no molestar ni ser molestado, ya sea en el interior del apartamento o en las zonas comunes de la finca. Para su seguridad no sobrecargue los ascensores. Capacidad máxima 4 personas ó 2 personas + 2 maletas. Prohibido invitar personas al apartamento que no hayan sido previamente identificadas en el check-in. El número de ocupantes tiene que coincidir con lo contratado en la reserva de AIRBNB. MAGIC PLACE IN BARCELONA WITH POOL at 25 minutes from downtown, by public funicular and underground or 4 km by car. Large and cosy 75 m2 apartment with spectacular pool overlooking Barcelona and the Mediterranean sea. The apartment belongs to a beautiful 1912 building in a charming neighborhood of Barcelona. We are extremely well communicated by public transportation. The apartment is at a 10 meter distance from the funicular station and it takes 25 minutes to reach the heart of Barcelona i.e. the Plaza de Cataluña.. Frequency: every 6 minutes during labour days. 10 minutes on Sundays. A Taxi drive home at night depending on where you are, should not exceed 20 €. The apartment has one large bedroom with two queen size beds (120x190 cm). and a double sofa bed in the living area . 40 m2 living area, couch, sat flat TV, bathroom with very large shower, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, electric oven, washing/drying machine, dishwasher, microwave, iron board, etc. Free WIFI. You can control your central heating. We do not need A/C even in the hottest summer, but we have it. We are at 360 m. high. Everything is comfortable, cosy and elegant. There is a confortable sofa bed in the living area, which is transformed in a 140x200 cm. double bed with sheets From the living room area you access a 50m2 terrace with an incredible infinity pool overlooking Barcelona, the Mediterranean Sea, and a dense pinewood forest. The views are truly priceless. The pool area is private for the registered guests. Also, a private lift wich goes straight into your apartment is at your disposal. Bed linen, swimming pool towels and cleaning essentials are also supplied. We always parked in the adjacent streets without any problems. Supermarket and local restaurants are at 200 m distance. You can also go for beautiful walks in the surrounding natural park or discovering the charming modernist neighbourhood of Vallvidrera. All in all, this is the perfect apartment for couples looking to escape the vibrant city life but knowing that they can be there in a blink of an eye. Ideal also for families with up to 2 kids. The flat has a generous space of 160m2 boasting 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms, and a huge living room. It has a capacity for up to 8 people. The gallery and 2 balconies are not to be missed! This cozy apartment includes Wi-Fi, cable/smart TV, and AC. The apartment has a spacious living and dining rooms full of light with a lovely view of Barcelona, ideal for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The decoration is modern with an antique touch and is a cozy place to call your temporary home. The apartment is Primero-2. All the apartment is yours! The apartment is located in an old building and as a result spaces are not well insulated. It can be kind of noisy sometimes at night since the elevator’s opening and closing doors may sound in the middle of the night, and the walls and floors are thin. FYI: One of the bedrooms has a fan, instead of an AC split.

This apartment is home to chef Marc Vidal. It has been newly renovated to accommodate his needs, boasting a large kitchen counter top in an open-plan space, with hand-picked art pieces and furniture making it a warm and inviting home. It is super bright and has a wonderful terrace, perfect to sit out to eat and hang out, with views of the mountains and the sea. You can go all the little streets full of shops and bars and at some point be in their house with all the tranquility of a pedestrian street. Air conditioning. It has two double bedrooms, one of them with a loft and two single beds, two bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and bar type salón. One terrace to take a good breakfast.
