Here you can have everything at your doorstep and "almost heaven" views. We fell in love with this property because it is canopied beneath big old shade trees and sits on "one of the prettiest streets in Parkersburg".

Detached studio apartment located on 25 acres with access to almost 300 acres for walking and fishing(catch and release). Prime location on North Court Street in uptown Athens, within walking distance to Ohio University and many bars and restaurants. This entire apartment contains three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have king beds and one has a queen. The apartment has one large bathroom, and a fully stocked kitchen. Simply decorated and fully furnished with all the essentials to make for the perfect stay. I have 1 parking spot nearby for the apartment.
