The three Air BnB rooms are downstairs. The hosts are upstairs. The bedroom which faces north, is very sunny and light. There are two chairs with a coffee table in the bedroom. There is also a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, toaster and sandwich press. There is a large table with 2 chairs in the kitchenette where you can eat and/or use your Laptop if you are working or you can use it for groceries etc There is a bathroom with toilet and shower There is a step up to the shower

A few minutes walk to bus stops (buses every 10 minutes), and easy close walk of 5-15 minutes to Auckland Domain and Museum, Auckland City Hospital, Parnell shopping centre and its many galleries, bars and restaurants, Newmarket shopping centre, Parnell railway station, Judges Bay and Spark arena.
