The beach is very close on foot. The main square of village with markets and restaurants is only 7 minutes' drive.

Το μπαλκόνι του είναι μεγάλο και με υπέροχη θέα την θάλασσα του Νέου Μαρμαρά για να απολαύσετε τον καφέ ή το ποτό σας. Αν επιλέξετε να ξυπνήσετε νωρίς το πρωί θα απολαύσετε την ανατολή του ηλίου από της πλαγιές του όρους Μελίτωνα.

Summer house just 20 steps from the seashore. It is located in a quiet area close to the village of Agios Nikolaos in Halkidiki, ideal for resting, relaxation, swimming and carefree holidays. For our family it's our hermitage.
