This quiet ground-floor garden suite has its own private entrance (we live upstairs) and feels tucked away among trees, yet close to everything. Unwind by the wood fireplace, sink into a cloud-soft queen bed, relax on the shaded patio, and enjoy generous comforts including an in-unit washer/dryer.

Guest home located above the detached garage further back on our property. It sits on an acre where guests are free to use the yard, fire pit, barbecue & play equipment. The main home is also an Airbnb with only yard shared. It is a studio apartment with a private entrance to the property. The living and sleeping area, as well as the kitchen are all connected. Great walk in shower as well as full size deck for your relaxation and watching the beautiful sunsets we have here in the Tri-Cities.

It's a 1536 sq/ft, fully furnished 3 bed, 2 bath home that has everything you need to feel at home. It's situated in North Richland close to Hanford and the Columbia River. The wifi internet speed is 300 MB/S. The large, fully fenced back yard includes a BBQ and patio furniture. It has a single car garage, and two off street parking spaces.
