Located on a hill near well-known wineries is Magnolia Vineyard Wine Makers Cottage. There are expansive views from the deck overlooking our Vineyard, oak-studded hillside, and city lights beyond. This remodeled barn offers complete privacy yet is only eight minutes from downtown Paso Robles. This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath outfitted with fine linens, and all the essentials. On the large deck one can sip on a glass of wine watching the sunset or sip on a cup of coffee to watch the sunrise.

The Farm House at Hollyhock Vineyard is a 2 bed/2 bath home with a beautiful kitchen. The house is surrounded by farm life and vineyard views. Please note: from June 2025-June 2026, our vineyard has been ripped out and we are in the process of replanting. While the view might look a little different, we’re still surrounded by our neighbor’s stunning vineyards. Guests are invited to enjoy a free tasting of our wines at Midpoint’s tasting room at the Bottle Shop in downtown Paso.

This place is magical. Seven private acres with 360 degree views are surrounded by vineyards which can be seen through most windows. On property, depending on the season, you will find apples, pears, peaches, cherries, figs, loquats, persimmons, pomegranates, pecans, chestnuts, and several grape varieties. The 3 bedroom 3 full bath home is complete with the simplicity of a ranch style house and the modern amenities of a newly built home, including a custom coffee maker, full range stove, large kitchen island. Sitting on three acres within the middle of wine country, the views from the wrap around porch are enough to make one want to stay at the house all day.
