Owned + operated by the proprietors of Rune Wines. Please note that the Winemaker's Casita is located next door to the Adobe House. There is plenty of room for privacy, or book both!

A tranquil, spacious, and beautiful Casita. The Studio is a moderate sized living quarters set up purposely for lounging, relaxing, personal entertainment and rest. Set within the compound of a historical property (The Box T Ranch built in 1902), the studio is the perfect home plate for all your Southern Arizona adventures. It includes an amazing king size bed, comfortable furnishings, a 57" Sony TV, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, 2 person walk in shower and an AC unit. We are within 5 minute walking distance into town. Perfect getaway!

Our place is close to Patagonia Lake, 10 minute drive, Patton's hummingbird center, 2 minute drive or 8 minute walk. There is access to the Arizona trail at two locations within 10-20 minute drive and numerous other hikes! Tombstone, Bisbee, The Art haven of Tubac is close by and Nogales Mexico is 19 miles. You’ll love our place because of the neighborhood, the coziness, and the comfy beds. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families , and furry friends (pets).

This spacious guesthouse is in an ideal rural setting. Located near the Mexican border, the art community at Tubac, and the old Spanish mission of Tumacacori, there is lots to see and do. (Not to mention many good golf courses.) I am looking forward to your visit! To make your stay both pleasant and sanitary I steam clean floors, sani-wash all linens and towels, and wipe counters, sinks and toilet with sanitizer spray. Rest easy here!

Our quiete place is nestled in the foothills of the Santa Rita Mountains at the Grasslands High Desert.
