Set amongst pohutukawa trees, this original 50's holiday house is located right on Whangamata beach. Enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean from the deck and huge front lawn. The famous Whenuakura (Donut Is.) is opposite as well as Hauturu Motu (Clark Is.), accessible on foot at low tide - a Kiwi rite of passage. A fantastic location and a great house in this family-friendly place. A few steps away from the surf club and reserve. Two walkways taking you to the beach., (no roads to cross). A safe cul-de-sac for children. Pets welcome. No extra guest surcharges. Fill up the outside hot tub with water, light the fire and have a hot water bath!! Please note that there are no sheets or towels provided. Please enquire for a price to provide them. Stays of three nights or more, they are complimentary.
