Paw Paw Lake River trail is a wonderful place for Water sports! rent a kayak, tube, or canoe in town, and spend all day at the river trail. *3 minutes driving distance to the gorgeous Paw Paw Lake golf course. *5 minutes to two public boat launches. *5 minutes to Surfari Joe’s indoor Water park. *Wineries & Breweries touring throughout the area, two native wineries in town that are part of the Southwest Michigan Wine Country Trail. *15 minutes to Silver Beach in St Joseph by Lake Michigan. *20 minutes to South & North beach in South Haven by Lake Michigan. *35 minutes to Oval Beach and the dune in Saugatuck by Lake Michigan. *Ice fishing is very popular as the channels freeze sooner and stay frozen longer than open lakes. *Many Orchards you can visit in the middle to late Summer and early fall. Welcome to our modern minimalist tiny house located a half mile from Warren Dunes State Park beach and 1.5 miles from all that Sawyer Michigan area has to offer. Tiny is the second dwelling on this property and is technically a mobile tiny house. While we do have electricity and water, much like an RV the drains run to holding tanks. This means VERY LIMITED WATER USE for showers and toilet flushing. It features a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, and a queen bed in the small loft.
