Casa do Armeiro is a secular house, inserted in Vila Velha, which has been recovered to offer the greatest comfort while preserving all of its history. Located in one of the most beautiful villages in Portugal and in the heart of the deepest and most bucolic Alentejo. The House accommodates 5 people divided into kitchen + living room, 3 bedrooms, fireplace room, WC, 130m2 of garden with BBQ and terrace. Casa do Armeiro, due to its privacy, placidity, and beauty, is a unique experience in itself.

The house is filled with original art, pop decor and features a 3 meter long sliding glass door onto a balcony with river views. The private rooftop offers 280 degree views of Ayamonte, the Guadiana River and Portugal plus a pergola, fantastic chill out lounge, BBQ, outdoor shower and lounge chairs. Full kitchen and dedicated workstation.

Slow your pace in this rustic quiet place. The house is part of a 2,2 Hectares land (Quinta da Terra Nova) it’s traditional Portuguese. Our land has its own lake and terraces with fruit trees and agricultural areas, has several different spots to relax، work, write or just wander around. Take a basket & harvest veggies and fruit for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Each season has its picks. Being there means you love outdoors, experience nature, hikes, and get inspired and humbled by simplicity.

Ar condicionado quente e frio, lareira e piso das casas de banho aquecido. Tem ainda uma área de 800m2 com pátio interior, terraço e jardim com piscina.
