Di recentissima ristrutturazione è un moderno openspace al piano terra, in una zona tranquilla e poco rumorosa; può ospitare comodamente 4 persone (letto king-size + divano letto matrimoniale); su richiesta può essere fornito un lettino da campeggio per bambini fino a 2 anni.
