The cottage is in a superb setting on a south facing hillside with panoramic views across miles of fine Yorkshire countryside. It is approximately two miles from the centre of vibrant Hebden Bridge where there is an excellent range of independent shops, restaurants, coffee bars, art décor cinema, theatre and markets. The cottage has been recently refurbished retaining many original features but with all the modern comforts inc a fully fitted kitchen, underfloor heating and a wood burning stove.

There is small living room/ kitchen, that is just big enough to prepare food and has everything you need - fridge, hot plate, air fryer, microwave, toaster and kettle. The pub across the road serves lovely food and beer and has atmosphere. Lovely views and great walking. Wood burning stove in the bedroom. Swanfold

No. 2 Swanfold is a Grade II listed stone cottage full of charm and character, with many original period features, set in a delightful cobbled courtyard in the historic conservation village of Heptonstall, near Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire. The cottage is thought to date back to the 17th century and is believed to have been part of a Public House and Inn called The Swan, the only house in the fold to have a cellar presumably for the storage of beer.
