With a chance to view our beloved pet sulcata tortoise “Stanley” whose burrow is right behind this unit, he is the 3rd largest tortoise in the world

The Villa is only a half a mile from Loop 289 and is a quick, convenient drive to anywhere in Lubbock. Texas Tech, Covenant Medical Center, and UMC are minutes away and many restaurants are available within a mile of the villa. Guests will enjoy a relaxing stay with a private balcony along with a newly remodeled kitchenette and bathroom. A park with paved walking trail is one block away.

Sonnie's Cloudcroft Shangri-La

Welcome to Shangri-La! A unique, private, and magical setting right in the middle of Cloudcroft. Almost half a fenced acre where you can wander the grounds, enjoy the fire pit, read in the cozy separate office, or grill on the barbecue. Within walking distance of the Lodge and golf course, or the Village boardwalk for shopping. Lots of personal touches! This is a studio home; the bed, living area, eating area, and kitchen all share the same space. I love the bathroom, primarily for its large bath tub. The Little House is nestled in a quiet and kind neighborhood, and it's conveniently located near several restaurants, grocery stores, a bus line to Texas Tech, the loop, and more!

Space dedicated for meditation, prayer, writing. Private shower 90 steps away, inside main house. Hiking trail minutes away. Vaccination recommended. (Note: our second retreat space, inside main house, has private bath, kitchen use, library and LR.)
