La Baita si raggiunge solo a piedi in 3 minuti dal parcheggio. ATTENZIONE: nei mesi più freddi la baita si scalda solo con la stufa a legna, non c'e' nessun altro metodo di riscaldamento.

A place for nature lovers. Our apartment is located in a traditional Lombard house in the authentic mountain village of Livo, above Gravedona ed Uniti on the northwestern shore of Lake Como. At around 650 meters above sea level, hikers and those seeking peace can enjoy the clear mountain air and quiet surroundings, while the lake remains within easy reach, about 15–20 minutes away.
