The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It has been completely redone and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with beautiful views. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

This beautiful barn on Route 14 has been completely renovated to a unique luxury experience. You and your guests can get back to the basics and enjoy this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, living and kitchen space in rural Pennsylvania. The Hay Loft 2nd story barn guesthouse

Located in the far corner of Montgomery county, near Berks, Lehigh, and bucks county you will find our converted hayloft guesthouse above our barn and farm store. From the guesthouse you have beautiful views of the pastures which keep our cows, Chickens, and sheep as well as views of the tallest point in Montgomery county - “Mill Hill”. This romantic getaway offers a history all its own. Welcome to our fully renovated and restored circa 1829 barn 2nd floor guest suite. Within walking/biking distance to Historic Newtown Borough and all of its unique boutique shops and restaurants. This cozy space offers 1 bedroom with a queen bed, efficiency kitchen, open floor plan living room, dedicated workspace and outdoor deck. Close to I-95 as well as the charming towns of New Hope, Lambertville, Doylestown and Princeton.

Historic Amish homestead Barn loft apartment

The Nicholas Stoltzfus Homestead is the oldest restored Amish property in Berks County, bought by Immigrant Nicholas Stoltzfus (ancestor of all Stoltzfus descendants in America) in 1771. You will be staying in a peaceful and cozy barn loft apartment with a private entrance beside the stone house. You can enjoy the flower gardens and birds as you sip a cup of coffee that was roasted on site. Adjacent to the property is the Union Canal Towpath on the Tulpehocken Creek.

Relax and unwind with an overnight stay at a historic 1863 barn at Mt Hope Farm in Fairfield just a a mile from Strawberry Hill Nature Preserve, adjacent to Michaux State Forest and a short drive to Gettysburg. Easy access to horseback riding, hiking, mountain/road biking and minutes from skiing, golfing, and local wineries. Farm fresh eggs included with every stay! Please note that guests over 6’ in height should be cautious due to low beams.

With plenty around to do, we are only 10 minutes from the nationally known, Port Royal Speedway. Close to state parks, ski resorts, fly fishing, hiking and kayaking. And local Amish produce and wineries just down the road!
