Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Newquay, Lusty Glaze.

Situated in a quiet close just minutes away from the award winning Lusty Glaze beach. Our two bedroom house has been decorated and finished to a high standard throughout. It has a light and airy feel inside and has been newly furnished for your comfort. The house sleeps 4 people with the option of using a sofa bed in the second bedroom for a 5th person. Both bedrooms have zip and link 3ft single beds or superking. There is a fully enclosed garden and one allocated parking space directly outside.

My place is close to both Perranporth & Perran Sands Beaches (take your pick) with great coastal scenery & walks. You’ll love my place because it is set back and sheltered but still has sea views & is ideally located for a short walk to the beach, nearby huge sand dune expanse for walking or longer treks along the coastal path, plus near to pubs, shops & takeaways. The ocean view speaks for itself 🌅. With two beaches a 3-minute walk (Porth & Lusty Glaze), and many more a little way further, you can leave the car on the drive. The South West Coast path is right here too (1-min walk), if you fancy stretching those legs! It's so quiet around here you'll forget you're a 15-minute walk from Newquay town centre, and only a 8-minute drive to Fistral Beach. It's a perfect spot for families & couples. We sleep up to 5 guests (and any four-legged family members).

Kick back, relax and enjoy one of the most stunning Cornish sea views towards St Ives and Godrevy lighthouse from the living area. Tranquil in the summer and excellent for storm watching in the winter. Plus from the front there are views up towards St Agnes beacon. Stylish modern annex with private access and entire use of the space. The space itself has one bedroom with a king size bed, cosy seating/eating area, bathroom with bath and shower. There is plenty of parking space to the front.

A large open planned, fully equipped kitchen - dining room with a bright airy sunroom that opens onto a large private patio with Hot tub & permanent BBQ. There's a 2 acre garden to run around in and plenty of parking. Wifi included! Sorry no pets.

Perfect for a family holiday or a couple looking to get away for a few days. The beautiful three-mile sandy beach is almost on the doorstep and is known for its great surf and stunning coastline. Everything Perranporth, has to offer is just a short walk away.
