Hickory Hill Cabin

This cabin is a three story 6 bedrm (sleeps 20 with owner approval) and 3 full baths. Originally built in the early 1800′s, logs were refurbished and rebuilt in Derby overlooking the Ohio River. Features include 2 large covered porches with swings, tables, chairs, and an 8 person hot tub. Large kitchen and living room with beautiful working wood fireplace. Great for entertainment with a pool table and basketball. There is also a shelter house on the riverbank with a dock for fishing or boating.

The “Heron’s nest” is Four stories tall, with FOUR Bedrooms, THREE Full Bathrooms. Eight person dining room table, Full Bath , Living room with WI-FI, flat TV & DVD player, plus a large bedroom with a King sized Bed. This home is on a family farm in Spencer County, IN, just 15 minutes from Holiday World. It boasts open areas both inside and outside for family and friends to spend quality time together.
