The house features Urban art murals throughout, well equipped kitchen, 58 inch smart TV and bathroom with bath and mixer shower. Free on street parking with plenty of space. To the rear is a yarden (a gravelled yard garden) with sheltered seating area. Well behaved pets are welcome.

Also the beach is the location of the final scenes of Get Carter with Michael Caine & Britt Ekland (1970).
