AND across the street from Lake Michigan! You can see her peeking through a few of our windows, you're that close! The kitchen/living spaces are huge to gather together and the deck area with a new hot tub is sweet for the evening time. We happily offer you everything you need for a relaxing stay in CVX.

Waterfront Cottage with Covered Boat Slip

We offer a covered boat slip. Peaceful & secluded, yet walking distance from town. Full kitchen w/dishwasher, Keurig, W& D. Please note that this is a place for those that love outdoors & has no air conditioning, wi-fi or cable. Verizon & AT&T in area. Fire pit outside. We are pet friendly but we've had a few instances that have resulted in us having to adopt a pet policy & pet fee. We charge $25/night, per pet, max of $250. Upon booking, call us & we will send policy form & collect payment.

Minutes from hiking, biking, beaches. 10 minute drive to ski/golf resorts. A block back from the bluff, close to the hustle of our busy resort town but separated enough for peace and quiet and sounds of nature.

One Mile From the Bay Beautiful Getaway!

This is a little gorgeous getaway! We are located one mile South of the bay across the street from West Park (which is perfectly in between Charlevoix and Petoskey). We are also right across the street from the infamous Little Traverse Wheelway trail which is walking/bike path that goes from Charlevoix to Harbor Springs and has beautiful scenic views throughout. We are only a few miles down the road from Bay Harbor and 12 miles away from Petoskey State Park where there is a huge beach!
