Situata a soli 5 minuti in auto da San Damiano e 20 minuti da Asti e Alba, combina tranquillità e accesso ai servizi. La casa, recentemente ristrutturata, offre 6 posti letto: due camere con bagno privato e un divano letto con bagno di appoggio. La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.

Pro milovníky vína je na dojezd známá oblast Barolo & Langhe. Do starého přístavu Janov (Genova) cesta autem trvá zhruba 50 minut. Každé ráno můžete posnídat v místním baru a nasát pravou italskou atmosféru s cappucinem a croissantem. (20m od baráku) Parkování zdarma u baráku na ulici a nebo v blízkosti na parkovišti.
