Il mio delizioso appartamentino di 45 mq si trova nel cuore di Roma, in una colorata palazzina di inizio '900 di 3 piani, con giardino di 25 mq. Sarete a pochi passi da tutti i mezzi pubblici (metro-tram-bus) e a 15 minuti a piedi dal Colosseo. Via Balilla è una piccola e caratteristica strada alberata con palazzine, ognuna di un colore differente e tutte con giardino interno. L'appartamento affaccia sui giardini: sarete immersi nel verde e svegliati dal canto degli uccellini!

Inoltre raggiungere il COLOSSEO e le principali attrazioni non è mai stato così semplice! Grazie alla linea della METRO C LODI vicino casa è possibile raggiungere Colosseo e Fori Imperiali in soli 10 minuti (3 fermate della metro).
