With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, our comfortable home has room for the whole family! Both the master and adjacent lakeside bedroom open out to the backyard on the lake for easy access to a private dock, two kayaks and 3 canoes all available for use. Short bike ride to the quaint Umatilla, 10 minute drive to Eustis, 15 minute drive to Downtown Mount Dora.

We are a beautiful equestrian neighborhood with our own private trails that you can hike or horseback ride on. We are also close to lots of great restaurants and shopping, including historic Downtown Sanford. We are on-site here and live in the main house in the back of the lot on the property.
