The Cottage for Two

The Cottage was built in the late 1930's for a local church and was used as a Sunday school room, for receptions, etc.. In 2004 we relocated the Hut, as it was once called, to this site and restored it to it's existing condition, staying with it's late 30's roots. It and main house sets on 5 beautifully landscaped acres and is located only 7 minutes from historic downtown Summerville. Please note that this is NOT INTENDED AS A VENUE and is a SHARED POOL, not exclusive to the pool house guest.

Welcome to our beautifully renovated home, conveniently located in the western area of the town limits near Berkeley High School. This charming residence offers easy access to area attractions, venues, local lakes and rivers, and is a short drive to both downtown Summerville (17.3 miles) and downtown Charleston (33 miles), including their beaches and offerings. Enjoy a large backyard with a fenced area attached to a large patio, providing a safe area for children to play while adults relax.

Tiny House studio stay in Moncks Corner

The tiny house is located in our backyard in a small town, Moncks Corner, South Carolina. As you enter the house, you will notice that it is small but it has everything you will need to enjoy your stay! A kitchen to cook in, a table to eat or work at, a nice place to shower and sleep - all in the same room. It is small yet very comfortable and welcoming! We operate off of well water. If you are not used to well water, the smell can sometimes be surprising. Please note: the water is safe.

Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this house is close to Lake Moultrie & the Cooper River. It’s also very close to popular wedding venues: Somerset Point, Pineland Village, & Old Santee Canal Park. Moncks Corner Recreational Complex, where many tournaments are hosted, is also about 3 miles away. Pinopolis is less than 20 miles from Summerville & the Volvo area, 40 miles from coastal beaches, and just 45 minutes away from Downtown Charleston. It’s a great location for work or play!

The Brown Trailer

Welcome to The Brown Trailer in Pinopolis. It's a peaceful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom older trailer that’s been well taken care of, sleeps up to 9 (7 in beds) with views of a pasture, use of a large backyard, and parking. Bring your boat as lake accesses to Moultrie start a 1/4 mile away with Cooper River accesses near by. Somerset, Wampee, Pineland Place, 108 W Main, Santee Canal as well as MC Regional Complex are minutes away, Summerville is 20’, and Downtown Chas is 45’. Come enjoy!

Cottage in the Oaks

Cottage in the Oaks is truly a dream cottage. Our goal was to make this cottage a restful, peaceful home away from home. We are nestled on 2.5 acres with multiple ancient Live Oaks. You will feel as though you are in a country setting but are only a 2 minute drive to the center of Historic Summerville, with multiple choices of restaurants, local shops and of course bars. Play pickleball? We know all the local courts and teams, we are happy to help you find a game!

The Goose Cottage at Wild Goose Flower Farm

Located next to the family farmhouse at Wild Goose Flower Farm, The Goose Cottage was designed to immerse guests in our calm and peaceful country life. We are located 15 minutes from the hearts of Cane Bay, Nexton and Exit 194 on I-26, and 45 minutes from Downtown Charleston. Two can sleep in the queen size bed but the sofa also extends into a queen-sized sleeper. Please reach out with further questions or if you would like to inquire about an extended stay.

Cutest Cottage on the Lake

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located cottage on Lake Moultrie in Moncks Corner SC, right outside of Charleston. Bring your boat and launch off of our dock, easy in and out access to the big lake. Our home sleeps 6 on our King bed, 2 twins and a pull out couch. Recently renovated, all the modern luxuries are provided. There is a fire pit to enjoy while you grill on our charcoal grill. Eat outside, enjoy the view!
