The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. A 50m il corso offre una vasta scelta di ristoranti tipici e di locali dove trascorrere il dopocena. A pochi minuti la stazione ferroviaria e il supermercato.L'appartamento si trova nella ztl, ma ci sono parcheggi free a 150mt e inoltre offriamo la possibilita' gratis di un permesso per l'accesso e parcheggio in ztl per il tempo del soggiorno.
