Luxury Beach Suite Kastraki Jacuzzi & Roof Terrace

This special Beach Suite was completed in 04/2022 and is unique in its direct location by the sea and its perfect and stylish furnishings. The apartment is 73m², has 2 bedrooms, each with 2 queen-size beds (160cm) and 2 bathrooms. There are a total of 4 terraces, including a community roof terrace, equipped with a bar and lounge seating. On the main terrace, Jacuzzi pool of 3x2m, outdoor shower, barbecue. All outside facilities in the groundfloor are exclusive only for users of our Beach Suite.

Our Villa consists of two queen size bedded rooms one of which contains an en-suite. It has an additional main bathroom ( outside of the bedroom ) and an outdoor WC. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. The living room consists of a built in sofa which can accommodate for 1 Guest. There is also a swimming pool, jacuzzi on the terrace and a barbecue area where you can enjoy a warm cooked meal whilst indulging in your daily swim.

Villa Blue Pearl is an 1 bedroom property with private swimming pool which is located in Elitas, a small hill just 3.5 km from Parikia the capital of Paros and the port. Our villa is totally independent and has an unobstructed sea view to the port of Parikia. Our private swimming pool provide to our guests relaxing moments sitting to our over-sized built in sofas. The house can accommodate up to 6 people in 2 bedrooms with double bed and one bedroom with bunk beds. Access is via a 900m dirt road and two steep slopes: a 4x4 is ideal for the last climb (slope). Last house on the top of Avlia hill : highest & nicest view of the hill !

We are located 800 meters from Agia Anna Beach and 900 meters from Plaka Beach. The distance to Agia Anna is a 10-minute walk, and to Plaka it’s a 15-minute walk.
