You’ll love my place because of the location, the people, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). My place is close to the sand beach Mina resort, which is 5 minutes away by foot and easily accessible. It is 10 minutes away from the center of Jelsa. You can enjoy our domestic beverages and products, such us olive oil, red and white wine from our vineyards. The neighborhood is peaceful but if you're looking to have some fun, you can always visit the center.

Utopia is a newly refurbished, fully furnished, luxurious 2-bedroom (80 m2) apartment in Zavala, Hvar, Croatia. It has a private parking, peaceful garden with a terrace, and a huge balcony overlooking the sea – you will have the feeling of staying in your own villa. Apartment Eli is located on the eastern side of Bol by the sea. Nearby are the small beaches of Ribarska, Kotlina and Martinca, where you can enjoy them. In front of the apartment is currently the construction of a new port. It is a 5-minute walk from the center and the catamaran port. On the west side of Bol is Zlatni rat beach, which you can reach by boat that leaves from the center of the town or by walking in 30 minutes.

Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.
