Apartamento con piscina a 350 metros de la cala Advocat y 500 metros de Cala Baladrar. Playas de agua cristalina para tomar sol, nadar, hacer snorkel y disfrutar de las vistas. Piscina de 8x4 metros y terraza. Puedes acceder a pie a Cala Advocat y Cala Baladrar, dejando tu coche en nuestro parking. Si no tienes coche hay transporte público que pasa frente a la Villa. La casita (construida entre 1910- 1920) es una de las pocas construcciones de estilo mediterráneo tradicional de la zona que se ha conservado y no se ha derruido con el fin de construir bloques de apartamentos. El espíritu de la casa es humilde y sencillo aunque, desde el primer momento en que cruzas la verja de entrada, te invade su esencia acogedora y única.
