The house is located in a quiet area with a rural atmosphere but with the advantage of being only 15 minutes away from the beach. Ich bin eine uralte Finca Rustica im neuen Kleid und wohne auf 550 Metern über dem Meer in Icod de los Vinos im grünen Norden der Insel. Hinter mir sehe ich den majestätischen Vulkan Teide, vor mir liegt der weite Atlantik. Hier zu leben muss man erfahren. Durch den weiten Blick aufs Meer und Icod stellt sich sofort ein erhabenes Gefühl und innere Ruhe ein. Der Norden ist wetterfreudig und spannend und von hier aus wunderbar zu beobachten.

Our house is situated out of town, but very closed to everything, 6,5km from the beach and 1,5km from the stores and markets. It´s very quiet, in the middle of nature, where you will enjoy the beautiful views to the ocean and have a relaxing holidays
