Casa Península is a beautiful gated complex with 2 new houses in Nosara Springs, 1km to Playa Pelada. Casa 1 is a lovely house with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths; perfect for a family that comes looking for privacy and tranquility. The house offers 200mbps high-speed Wi-Fi, fans and A/C in each bedroom, A/C in Kitchen/Living room; fully equipped kitchen, terrace, laundry room washer/dryer, BBQ Rancho, outdoor shower, storage, security, car parking area and shared pool with the other house.

La Marea

The beautiful cabana is located right next and above a little tropical river. From the balcony you have a perfect view to see all the animals which come to drink and take a bath. The property is within a private finca which makes it super quiet and relaxing. The access to the beach is through the finca which makes it kind of a private beach access. We rent with a motocycle so it is just 5min to some of the best and uncrowded surfspots in Costa Rica. We have superfast Starlink internet.
