It's situated directly on the beach, with private beach access, and unobstructed views of the ocean and Coronado islands. Open floor plan, that expands into a massive balcony over looking the Pacific. You can get tan in one of our 3 pools our 8 jacuzzis, or get a ride on the beach on horseback. Wonderful location 5 mins away from dowtown Rosarito & only 18 mins away from the border, only scenic route driving making it easy to reach and extremely safe. The house has a small gym area, a working complete with a desk & hardline ethernet connection in addition to WiFi via 3 extenders to ensure full coverage. It has a wonderful ocean view with fully openable window of four sheets of glass, excellent breeze and floor to ceiling windows on both floors. Comfy bbq grill with a firepit in back!

No es zona turística pero hay opción de transporte público a unos 50 metros del departamento 24/7 al centro de la ciudad. Está a unos 25 minutos de la frontera y a unos 15 minutos del centro de Rosarito manejando.

The community has restaurants, beach access, pool, tennis courts, and other family-friendly activities. You’ll love all the cozy spots to sit and take in ocean views. Our place is good for anyone.

Welcome to "Viñas del Mar" (Vineyards of the Sea) Relax and experience Tijuana suburbs. Situated between Tijuana and Rosarito. This 2-story townhouse is located inside a safe gated community. Take a walk to the community parks (4), or to the convenience stores located inside the complex(oxxo,711,minimarket). Observe the sunset overlooking the ocean from a couple of steps from the house.
