Sellers Guest House is a story and half, situated on the property of the West Customs House built in 1772. The guest house has a opened floor plan with kitchen and bathroom on the main floor and a bedroom upstairs. There is a delightful front porch that is perfect to relax on. The West Custom House Property is nestled on Blount Street in Edenton's Historic District just a block and a half from downtown making an easy access to restaurants, shops, historic sites, and the waterfront.

You can enjoy the city for a day and the beach the next. Our house is nestled on .75 acres with plenty of parking. This is a pet friendly home if you have an aversion to pets and/or pet hair please do not book. Per our homeowners dangerous breeds are not permitted on the property, so please do not book if you have a certain breed.

This house is located with a 4,000 foot grass runway and aircraft tie-downs to secure your aircraft during your stay. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs with 2 full bathrooms, and there is 2 bedrooms upstairs with full bathroom. There are many things to do around such as going to the Mattamuskeet National Wildlife Refuge or catch the ferry from Swan Quarter and take a trip to Ocracoke!

A day trip to the Atlantic Ocean is easy as the cottage is approximately ninety miles to beaches both north and south.

Betty’s Bungalow Is located 4 miles south of Columbia on Levels Road. You can enjoy walking around the farm, the quiet Levels community, or along the boardwalk in the picturesque town of Columbia. There is ample parking for boats and horse trailers. Pasture board is available for the equestrian enthusiasts for a nominal fee. When out and about, be sure to visit the Columbia Museum and the visitor center and learn about the history of Columbia.

Trestle House

The Trestle House is named after the railroad trestles that serve as the beams in the ceilings of the first floor and basement. The stone fireplaces and original wooden floors all combine to give the house its beautiful, unique character. The wraparound deck gives magnificent views of the pond and yard, often with the wildlife that share the home with guests. There is plenty of room for everyone, with five bedrooms, each with their own bath.
