Sie haben hier Ihren eigenen Bereich mit Küche und Bad. Es gibt ein Doppelbett sowie eine ausziehbare Couch, für zwei weitere Personen.

Diese zeitgeistige Wohnung mit rund 74m² Wohnfläche verschönert ihren Urlaub. Die Immobilie wurde komplett neu renoviert und befindet sich in einem 3-Parteien-Haus, familiär und ruhig. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Die Rosenstadt Tulln hat viel Sehenswertes. Das Egon Schiele Museum befindet sich direkt an der schönen Donaulände. Für Gartenliebhaber empfehlen wir die Garten Tulln zu besuchen. Jährlich tummeln sich viele Besucher bei den zahlreichen Messen in Tulln.

Good public transport connections (train and bus) to the center, 1 private parking spot in front of the house. Cosy winter garden, charming Biedermeier-room with kingsize bed, single bed and seating group. Bedroom (two doors) with double bed and bunk bed. Convenient kitchen with sofa, dining place, dishwasher, oven inclusive microwave. Bathroom includes toilet and shower.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Our two cats are also part of the family;you are welcome to interact with them. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

Das Haus liegt am Rande von Würmla, direkt neben einem Feldweg. In Würmla gibt es ein Kaffeehaus mit Konditorei, den Gasthaus Burger mit Hausmannsküche und einen netten Pub 'Ins Klane'

The apartment is located close to the famous old Viennese wine village of "Grinzing" and the surrounding hills, "Kahlenberg", "Cobenzl" and "Leopoldsberg". There is also easy access to the city centre in less than 20 minutes by tram.
