There's space for up to 4 guests in two separated bedrooms, the apartment is located in an 1800s building, carrying a unique blend between Alt-Wien (Old Vienna) and 70s furniture style. Surrounded by cafes and restaurants the apartment is very well connected to other hip areas: in 5 to 10 minutes by tram you can reach the Schottentor station entering the 1st district or the 7th and 8th district with Burggasse and Neubeugasse (very much recommended young neighborhoods with nice shops and bars)

Dieses gemütliche Haus wurde Ende der 1970er Jahre erbaut und strahlt noch immer seinen einladenden Charme aus. Die Lage ermöglicht es euch auch, die nahe gelegenen Städte Wien und Tulln bequem zu erreichen - beide sind nur etwa 25 Minuten mit dem Bus entfernt. Entdeckt die Schönheit des Wienerwaldes und genießt gleichzeitig die Annehmlichkeiten der Stadt.

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss und hat meiner Familie gehört, wir sind hier aufgewachsen. Daher sind noch sehr viele, persönliche Gegenstände in der Wohnung. Man fühlt sich hier, durch die warme und stilvolle Einrichtung richtig wohl, fast zuhause. Die Wohnung hat zwei große Terrassen, die eine im Osten (aufgehende Sonne), die andere im Westen (untergehende Sonne), die ein besonderes Licht zulassen.
