Cozy three- bedroom farmhouse nestled on a family 220 acre cattle farm providing a comfortable stay and country experience. Located on a rural road, it features a charming back porch for relaxing, a fire pit for cozy nights, and the serene Lake Stockton just a 15 minute drive away. This property has a large backyard for activities. The house is situated in such a way that it allows for beautiful sunrises and star gazing at night. Perfect for a peaceful countryside escape with family and friends.

Come and stay in a quiet and private apartment above us on the second floor of our country home. This is a convenient location near Bolivar Missouri that is 1 mile from hwy 13, 4 miles from the hospital, 5 miles from SBU and 25 miles from Springfield. We are 20 minutes from Stockton Lake and 30 minutes from Lake Pomme de Terre with room for your boat. This is a large three bedroom unit with each room having a king bed with walk-in closet. There is a full kitchen and washer and dryer as well.
