The Forest House sits in front of a private Lake Sanksaare in between 120-year-old pine trees. The house can be heated by a wood burning stove with a beautiful glass door to enjoy the flames. The Sauna has juniper ceiling giving an amazing aroma. Washing is done in the old-school method with a bowl of warm water and mug to shower oneself. There is plenty of dry firewood on the premise all included in the booking price. The lights lead to a romantic outdoor toilet cabin 15m from the house.

IMPORTANT for visitors from 2nd November - 31st March: UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT USE THE HOT-TUB DURING THE WINTER AND ONLY THE SAUNA IS AVAILABLE. We will open the hot-tub again from 1st April 2026. The house is located in and incredibly beautiful place, in the middle of the forests, next to a private pond and Võhandu river. Everything you see on the photos (inc. the hot-tub, the sauna, gas grill, paddle boards and a canoe) is for you to use and included in the price.

A cozy apartment in a greenery 24/7

A quiet apartment in a green region. Hiking trails few hundred meters (Intsikurmu) or 5 min by car (Mammaste). The balcony overlooks the stadium, Intsikurmu and the surrounding forests. Põlva Cultural Center and the city center are a few (walking) minutes away. The apartment has a double bedroom, a cozy kitchen and a living room with a balcony. Nearby there is a good sport hall Mesikäpa (Kesk 25), swimming pool and saunas (Uus 3) and the best restoran (Uus 5).

Party And Holiday Home

If you are looking for a place to relax or party, you are very welcome. Ojakalda recreation center is a wonderful place to spend time. There are 12 beds in the house. In addition, 4 folding single beds. In total, we can offer accommodation for 16 people. We offer party table service to everyone who comes to our recreation center to celebrate birthdays, weddings, company parties, children’s parties, anniversaries, class reunions, family reunions, or concerts.

Unique accommodation in Mooste.

Mooste Mill theatre is situated in South-Estonia and is part of the Mooste manor complex. It´s 45 km from Tartu and 15 km from Põlva. You can use second floor of the house, where is two bedrooms: one with 5 single beds and one with one double bed. In the living room there is 4 single beds, lovely kitchen and TV corner. Outside you can also use BBQ area and for extra cost we can heat up sauna for you. There is also cat living on the property.
