Our cosy cottage on the edge of Blaengarw village, in a valley surrounded by mountains, and small lakes. Amazing walks on the doorstep with dramatic views, and we are dog-friendly (but sorry, no cats). Real fire, Netflix (subscription reqd.) DVDs & books for cosy nights in. Great cycling with riverside rides and mountain trails. Shop, pub & takeaway in the village. Designer outlet, Odeon cinema, nature reserves and castles all a short drive. And we live round the corner for any advice or help!

Dryslwyn Log Cabins

Dryslwyn Cabins are only six minutes off J35 M4. They are newly built and fully insulated with gas central heating. They are log cabins, entirely constructed from timber, which gives off a beautiful natural scent. They are located in secluded countryside in close proximity of the owner's property, looking out onto fields where ponies graze. Their position puts them in easy reach of the coast, the City of Cardiff and The Bay and many more places of interest to visit, all within 30 minutes drive!

Nyth Coetir (Woodland Nest) with covered Hot Tub

Designed for the perfect getaway, tucked away in a private corner of our garden, where nature is truly at its best. Enjoy a soak in your own private sheltered hot tub, chill out on the decking area with marshmallows on the fire, overlooking beautiful views of the Garw Valley or head indoors and cosy up next to the fire with a warm cup of hot chocolate or a glass of bubbly. This stone coach house conversion with underfloor heating is set in a beautiful garden, offering a cozy, home-from-home feel with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Located in Tongwynlais, it has excellent transport links to Cardiff city centre in under 20 minutes, and easy access to all of South East Wales. The magical Castell Coch is just up the road, and the Coach House is a 1-minute walk from the local pub. Enjoy fantastic mountain and woodland walks, all nearby for a perfect escape.

7 Arches holiday accommodation was completely refurbished in July 2019. Benefits from stunning views over the Afan Valley and located on the Afan Forest Park's low level cycle route 'Y Rheilffordd' (railway in welsh) which runs along the base of the valley. This is a great trail for families with picnic and refreshment stops along the 36km trail. 'Y Rheilffordd' gives easy access to 6 world class trails as well as Afan Forest Park Visitor Centre, Glyncorrwg Visitor Centre and Afan Bike Park.

We offer the exclusive use of one our log cabins - this cabin has been newly refurbished and is set within the boundaries of our small holding in a rural area. The cabins are perfectly located just 1.5 miles from junction 37 on the M4. We are within 2 miles of Margam Park and only a 10 min drive to the coastal town of Porthcawl. We are a 35 min drive from the beautiful beaches of the Gower, and a 30 min drive to the new Tower zip line. We have free WiFi and linen and towels are included.
