Uno de los dormitorios tiene acceso a la terraza con vistas. El tercer dormitorio dispone de dos confortables camas individuales y espacio para guardar las pertenencias. Este apartamento está ubicado en una finca de viviendas privadas. La finca tiene servicio de consergería de 8h a 13h y de 17h a 19h de lunes a viernes y sábados de 8h a 13h. Se deben cumplir las normas básicas de respeto, convivencia y ruido para no molestar ni ser molestado, ya sea en el interior del apartamento o en las zonas comunes de la finca. Está totalmente equipado y climatizado. El apartamento queda en un segundo nivel; se tiene que subir unas escaleras. La suite cuenta con un sistema de alarma que se desactiva cuando los huéspedes la están ocupando; solo hay un sensor de movimiento dentro del apartamento y una cámara que hace fotos fuera del apartamento que está dirigida a la puerta que da a la calle.
