Decorated in sumptuous velvets, tartan, unique art, copper switches, sockets and accent lighting throughout. Exposed stone walls, (gas) wood burner, open plan lounge (with double sofa bed) kitchen/dining with window seat in Harris Tweed to watch the world go by. Relax in this cosy stylish studio which is an annexe to our 1880 fisherman's cottage in the quaint historic harbour village of Cockenzie, linked with Port Seton - the house is actually located on the battlefield of the Battle of Prestonpans. Five minutes walk to the harbour and local swimming cove and even closer to Cockenzie House - a thriving community hub with beautiful gardens, a cafe, vintage fairs, live music and much more. The coastal walkway John Muir Way runs through Cockenzie.

Fisherman's Flat Overlooking the Firth Of Forth

Dating back to 1909, and only 9 miles from Edinburgh, this cosy 2 bedroom fisherman's flat has spectacular far-reaching sea views. A perfect base for golfers, families and walkers. Similar to other small fishing villages on the east coast of Scotland, fishing boats still work out of the harbour and can often been seen bringing back the catch from the windows of the flat. Restaurants, pubs, and a supermarket are within walking distance and buses regularly go into Edinburgh from the village.

Port Seton Family Retreat

Relax in our Family Retreat at Seton Sands Holiday Park, a short distance from Edinburgh (Lothian bus No. 26 just a short walk away will take you straight to Princess Street) There are also ample amenities on site as well as a beach across the road to keep you and any kids entertained. NB: Park facilities including pool are only available from 8th Mar - 30th Nov and require a pass at an additional cost of 49-£79/person. Please contact prior to booking for further information.

This is ideal for couples and families alike with a king size bed in the master room, twin room and Sofa bed in the living room. Furry friends are made most welcome and will enjoy the warmth of the AGA as much as you'll enjoy cooking on it. Close enough to explore Edinburgh and enjoy all that East Lothian has to offer.

The beautiful garden with small orchard and large area of decking is ideal for enjoying a BBQ with family or friends on a summer's evening. 4 minutes walk to the beach and 1 minute to the golf course, (10% discount on green fees at local golf course for our guests).
