Perfect location for kayaking, canoeing, golfing, bicycling, fishing, crabbing, scenic walks. Nestled on a secluded salt marsh tidal creek that leads to the nearby Intracoastal Waterway and Atlantic Ocean, enjoy outdoor privacy, beauty, and nature yet with nearby beaches, restaurants, shopping, golf, and boating. Parties and events are not allowed.

Bamboo Bungalow * 1 BR Suite with Private Entrance

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

Peaceful place

This is the upstairs of my home with a private keyed entrance . There is a Kitchenette with microwave, toaster, ice maker,small refrigerator, and coffee maker. Private bath has tub/shower. The Bedroom is quite large, very comfortable queen bed, lots of closet space, book nook and Wi-Fi reception. The second room is set up as sitting room./TV with WiFi , Prime, Netflix and Apple / fold out couch for second sleeping area. All area’s are bright and spotlessly clean

Private entrance on the side of the home. 1 mile from the downtown riverwalk, 8 miles from Wrightsville Beach, & in the center of the inner-city/downtown area. The historic Market Street is 2 blocks over, which heads both downtown & to the beach.
