We are on the east side of the river, Milwaukie area.

Because this is a rural area, the cell phone reception is not so good in some areas of the house, especially downstairs. TV works well and texting works everywhere. WiFi is good. We ask our guests to agree to our house rules and sign a Liability Waiver before checking in.

Quiet location, easy access to I-5, shopping, Lake Oswego, hiking, and the Tualatin River. The cottage has one bedroom w/ a queen bed, blow up queen mattress, and a large couch. The large fir trees on the property attract many birds and squirrels. We also have a flock of neighborhood peacocks that visit!
