The Annexe is a cosy modern space adjoined to the old farmhouse, with its own conservatory and garden. There is an open-plan kitchen/dining/sitting room and an additional spacious conservatory which can be used for dining or just as another sitting area. The two bedrooms can be arranged as a twin room and a king-size double, or as two king-size doubles.

There are beautiful beaches within 5 miles, the Eden Project 25 miles to the east and Lands End 25 miles to the west. The Property has been recently refurbished and comes fully equipped.
