The house has a large panoramic terrace from where is possible observe the town of Positano, the island of Capri, the Li Galli island and the Faraglioni. La Conchiglia – A Balcony Suspended Over the Blue

You reach the villa by walking down approximately 95 steps from Via Guglielmo Marconi. This public staircase is the only access to the property and offers an authentic taste of Positano’s landscape. The villa sits just below the Town Hall, in a peaceful and well‑connected area of the village. The Spiaggia Grande can be reached in 20 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by the local bus.

Villa Mareblu is located in Arienzo,a quiet area of Positano,500mt from the center of the town .The villa has a lovely terrace with a breathtakingly exquisite sea view and private staircase to Arienzo beach. Due to safety issues linked to weather conditions, the private staircase is open from May until 15th of October. There is the local and Sita bus stops on the main road and private parking for cars of a small/medium size (price 50€ per day to pay on the site).

The house was planned and built in the 60’s by our father, a neapolitan architect who chose this place as his “(buen retiro)/locus amoenus” driven by his love for the sea and for the beauties of the coastal.
