In a quiet location a few minutes walk from Welshpool town centre, my guest suite on the 2nd floor of my Victorian town house offers a comfortable private space for 1-3 people. There are 2 bedrooms (one with a superkingsize bed and one with a single bed) and your own shower room. The single bedroom doubles up as a sitting room with a TV and comfy chairs. Breakfast is included for you to help yourself in the dining room on the ground floor. There is secure off-street parking on my drive.

The perfect place to stay as a couple or by yourself when visiting Hay. From the Tiny Townhouse it is only a short walk up Brook St to the centre of town passing Booths Cinema. Closer to home is The Globe, an old converted chapel turned Restaurant. The house is very cosy yet modern with an open plan ground floor with kitchen whilst the upstairs bedroom has a kingsize bed & a large walk in shower in the bathroom. Host has good knowledge of local area. I usually live in this house when not on AirB&B, therefore this is my home too. Please note if you want a hotel style house/room consider using the Elephant and Castle in Newtown.
