Apartament najlepiej sprawdzi się dla 2-4 osób. Składa się z salonu z otwartą kuchnią, sypialni, łazienki oraz balkonu. W sypialni znajduje się a łóżko matrymonialne,w salonie rozkładana sofa. Widok z balkonu na trzecim pietrze na park naturalny,plaze,ocean. Obiekt znajduje się w sasiedztwie plaży, licznych sklepów, barów oraz restauracji. Kilka kilometrów od miasta znajduje się 7 pól golfowych, do których można dotrzeć samochodem w 10-45 minut.W budynku jest winda oraz parking.
