The penthouse suite is on the 2nd Floor of the house, so stairs are necessary to reach your private apartment.

It has 3 bedrooms (5 people) and a sofa bed (2 people), but can accommodate up to 9 people (upon request), a living room with a flat-screen TV and cable channels, a fully equipped kitchen. It has a laundry room, with washing and dryer. It has 2 bathrooms, with a shower. Outside there is a barbecue area and panoramic view. The house has 2 air conditioners and 2 mobile fans. Free parking is available near the house.
