Smith Cabin

Our property is 1/2 mile from Pratt. It consists of two acres with the Ninnescah River running through the North end of the property. We also have a shelter for hunting dogs. You’ll love our place because of the coziness, the country location, and the amenities. Our place is good for couples, families, hunters, horse owners, business travelers, and groups. After our base fee of two guests, we charge $50 per night for extra guests 18 and over. This allows us to accommodate all sized groups.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Enjoy this wonderful farm property of 12 acres located in the Pratt city limits. This one of a kind property has all the outdoor recreation space you could imagine including a stocked fishing pond with deer and other wildlife you will see daily! Grill outside, or enjoy a soak in the 8 person hot tub The newly renovated house comes with 3 living rooms, a large kitchen, 5 very spacious bedrooms, and much more for a large group of family!

Art Barn in the Country/Working Metal Art Studio

Come and enjoy our peaceful country setting surrounded by wildflowers and wildlife. We have a walking trail with a couple of exercise stations and 2 holes of pasture golf and 2 baskets for disc golf. There is a pickle ball/basketball court, lit dance floor and room to play outdoor games. You might want to enjoy an evening picnic in the lit tree area. Our open vistas provide for great cloud and star watching as well as amazing sunrises and sunsets. Outdoor seating on front and back porches.

Sand Creek Ranch A-frame and Cabana

The Sand Creek Ranch A-frame and Cabana is an updated secluded cottage + separate apartment suite (cabana) located just 5 miles from town, set on a knoll overlooking natural prairie grass with woods and creek behind. The upstairs loft houses the master bedroom with queen bed + full bath, while the main level below boasts an open layout (queen sofa and loveseat + full bath) with decks off all entries (1st and 2nd stories), allowing for wildlife observation and spectacular evening star-gazing.

Old School Lodge Room 5

Come enjoy a cozy stay in the remodeled 1955 Iuka Grade School! The 38,500 square foot building has a lot of charm and unique history. The original grade school offered 4 class rooms, a music room, a gym with stage, and a cafeteria. When owners, Luke & Caitlin Laha, purchased the school in 2018 they wanted to keep the school aspect while incorporating the "hunting lodge" feel. The lodge is completely handicap accessible! There are community restrooms in the school, one men's & one women's.

Remodeled basement apartment for workers!

This is a quiet comfortable downstairs apartment. It is fully furnished and includes cable and wi-fi as well as washer and dryer. The bathroom is brand new and includes a nice shower. You can enjoy cooking in the kitchen while you are away from home traveling for work. Would prefer a minimum of a months stay but this is still cheaper than 2 weeks at most hotels. Keypad entry for convenience! Will be open for new tenant(s) this spring!

This duplex is perfect to bring the whole family or for a couples getaway.

The Loft

The Loft is a cozy & modern house perfect for your stay! This house is located 6 blocks west of downtown Pratt, and 2 blocks from Pratt High School and Blythe Family Fitness center. The loft comes with a large pellet grill available for guests to use, as well as a full kitchen, a coffee pot and Keurig combo, 3 TVs, and fast internet. Guests that stay will be provided with a keypad entry code.
